We work by appointment only. Whenever your dog is clean & ready we will call you. We have a 1 hour grace period from the time we call to come pick them up. There will be an additional $10 fee added for each 15 mins to pick up.
By working this way our intention is to minimize stress for the dogs. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for them.
We understand things happen. Please call the shop with concerns or arrangements.
***We trim and file everyone’s nails. However, some pups do not appreciate this service at all. If your dog does not tolerate the nail filing well, we will trim them only. If we are unable to do the nails at all we will refer you to a local veterinarian for this service.
